Has been a part of the neighborhood for years. The products they produce are well made and we never had an issue. The fresh breads are great. We particularly love the Meat Bread. Prices are at what you would expect for most bakeries. Personally I think bakery prices are way too high recently, but it’s everywhere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Owner or manager seems very hands on and looking for improvements.

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAKES FROM HERE!!! Please look at what they charged me $200 for!!! And this is after I bought the cake back to have them fix the design (I wish I would have taken a picture of the design before but it was as if a 5 year old decorated it). The saving grace which should have been the flavor of the cake was AWFUL!! Please do yourself a favor and order from Cake Chef or Piece of Cake. Honestly I’ve also seen better decorated cakes at Stop n Shop. What a terrible experience.

Seems like the quality is declining. Got half Italian Cheese cake and OMG, it looked like it came out of the trash or it has been in someone’s basement for a week. Not only the visual condition of it was disgusting, but it tasted like a cardboard mixed with a shoe. I was very disappointed and feel like I was robbed and paid for something that went straight to the trash. In addition the bread has been hard and didn’t seem to be fresh. It is disappointing that the prices go up and quality going down.

Their bread is good. I ordered cookies in the showcase. The cookies taste like a refrigerator taste. Not good. Not going there anymore. I'm glad I scrolled down to see that person who paid $200 for a nightmare cake. Won't order a cake at all! Go to Sal's Bakery Richmond Valley Rd. Excellent Everything!

If I can give you minues one I will do it sold chocolate spong cake as chocolate moose when asked played dummy .. Sad day I am glad you selling one location I hope the second one too cause you don't know how to speak to coustmors, spend a lot of money during the past decades, you become greedy and ur qulity dropped to zero .

I love Alfonso’s. We moved to New Jersey so when I visit family I always stop. Last time was disappointing. The staff is always great, no complaints. I went on Saturday 10/09 and spent $104 picking up treats for myself and friends. When we got home I was missing a danish ring and the crumb buns and rainbow donuts were stale. Huge disappointment this time.

Drove from NJ to give them another try and once again the same old soft soggy cannoli. This time it was 2 out of 4 that were complete mush. Pre filling a cannoli produces soft soggy shells! Stop being lazy and provide quality for your customers. My Nonna would be so disappointed. $20 for this!
